Dickson County
Memorial Gardens, located next to the Montgomery Bell State Park
(Highway 70 East) between
Dickson and White Bluff, Tennessee, was established 1959. It is now
owned and operated by
Don Carter and Tommy Marvin of Taylor Funeral Home of Dickson. This
cemetery offers a full range of markers for sale and can
also provide Mausoleum Crypts for above ground burials and Cremation
Niches for placement
of people who prefer cremation. A new mausoleum, "Chapel of Prayer Mausoleum," was constructed in 2008. Financing is available for purchases. Dickson County Memorial Gardens as a perpetual care cemetery is maintained by private money, trust monies, and sales of cemetery property and markers.
Dickson Union
Cemetery, located on Charlotte Street in Dickson, Tennessee, is maintained by the City of
Dickson. Over the years,
various individuals have developed different additions to the Dickson Union Cemetery. In
Williams, Marvin, and Ragan additions, we offer cemetery property for sale.
Presently, there are no mausoleums crypts for sale in Union unless purchased from a
private individual. A certain portion of any grave sale will be paid to the City of
Dickson Cemetery Fund. Financing is also available for sales in these additions.
