Betty Jean Armstrong Hudson, age 87 of Dickson, TN died on September 22, 2023.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, September 25, 2023 at the Taylor Funeral Home. Her place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Mrs. Hudson was born July 4, 1936 in Dickson, TN. She was a daughter of the late Archie and Ruby Lee Armstrong. She was a retired machine operator for the former Dickson location of Red Kap Industries. For as long as she was able, she was an active member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Dickson. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Charles “J.C.” Hudson. She loved her Lord, her family, and her church family.
Mrs. Betty Hudson is survived by her son, Tim Hudson; her grandson, Ty Hudson; her granddaughter, Courtnee Estes; and one great granddaughter. Also surviving are her siblings, Jerry Armstrong and Wilma Story, as well as several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
