Funeral services for Betty Lou Rose, age 80, of Minor Hill, Tennessee, formerly of Dickson will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2018 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Wes Sesler officiating. Interment will follow in Bon Aqua Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Rose died Monday, March 5, 2018 in Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Betty was the daughter of the late Rex and Ruby Teeter McMillen. She was married to Euble “Buck” Rose who predeceased her in 2005. Together they owned and operated Duffy’s Tavern in Cleveland, Ohio. She was also preceded by a daughter, Tina Doyle and by a sister, Sandra Schoch.
Survivors include her son, Raymond Adams, Minor Hill; two daughters, Gigi Norvell (Wade), Bon Aqua, and Lynn Miner, Minor Hill; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
