Bobby Thomas Hughes of Dickson TN, born February 26, 1963 passed away peacefully on December 28, 2020, at NHC, Dickson.
Bobby was a high school graduate of Dickson Co. High where he was a star football athlete in the early 80’s. He had a love of music, played bass and enjoyed fishing. Bobby worshiped with New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents John Albert and Betty Hughes, one sister Mable Tidwell and four brothers, Harry, Johnny, Terry and Donald Hughes. He is survived by his sister Shirley A. Horner of Dickson, TN, brother Robert Hughes of Nashville, TN, Aunts, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Bobby will be loved and truly missed.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the East Dickson Cemetery. Dr. Jimmy Overton will officiate.
