Funeral services will be Saturday March 5, 2016 at 4 PM at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Miller and Bro. Jerry Jenkins officiating. Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Saturday March 5th from 2 PM until time of service at the church.
Brian Jeffrey Cox, age 53 of Dickson died Monday February 29, 2016. Born in Memphis, TN, he was the son of Betty Mitchell Cox of Nashville and the late Spurgeon O’Neil Cox. Brian worked a Fuel Transport Hauler for the Pilot Flying J Company. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Along with his mother he is survived by his wife, Carinda Cox of Dickson; sons, Asa and Aubry Cox of Dickson; brothers, Richard Cox of Mississippi, Lindsey Cox of Missouri, Patrick Cox of Alabama; sister, Sharon Adair of Nashville, Judith Sandusky of Arkansas; mother-in-law, Nancy Vice of Florida; father-in-law, David Bailey (Jan) of Dickson; brother-in-law, David Bailey, Jr. of Florida; sister-in-law, Candace Lee (Rodney) of Florida; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
