Carol Ann Owens, age 69 of Dickson, TN died at home on March 8, 2026. An event to celebrate her life will be held at a future date.
Carol was born on January 5, 1957 in Dickson, TN. She became a strong and independent woman. Resilient and dedicated to her family, daily carrying the responsibility of fulfilling the dual role of a parent raising two children while working outside her home to earn an income to support them. Often prioritizing her family’s well-being above her own. Carol not only loved her family, but she also loved having a good time and she made sure those around her were too.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hubert Tuck; and a brother, Pete Booker.
Carol is survived by her mother, Nancy Gray; son, Jay Owens (Angie); daughter, Keysha Johnson (Sammy); grandchildren, Dustin Fambrough and Autumn Fambrough; siblings, Stephanie Beard (Floyd), Kathy Powers (Willie), Connie Burkett, Chuck Gray (Kayla), Anita Upchurch, Pam Sisko, and Nikki Gray.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends. I know it’s been a long time since I even talked to Carol or got to see her but she was always family along with the rest of the family. I always have felt right at home and part of the family since day one! I hate that I’ll be seeing everyone under these circumstances. I know Carol is free and in no more pain and she was definitely a free spirit and welcomed with open arms. I know I’ll be looking for pennies I can remember us talking about pennies from heaven from loved ones. Love you All
