A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 22, 1-4:00, at the Lodge at Montgomery Bell (1000 Hotel Avenue; Burns, TN 37029). In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Chad’s honor to the Mental Health Cooperative (Attn: Jenifer Felts; 275 Cumberland Bend; Nashville, TN 37228).
Chad Anthony Wenick, age 27, passed away April 8, 2022. Chad was a 2013 graduate of Wilson Central High School (TN) and a beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. He was known for his wide grin, sweet nature, spontaneous energy, strong work ethic and amazing singing voice. Chad enjoyed cars (especially 1996 Toyota Camrys), karate, playing board games with his nieces and nephews, listening to music (AC/DC), singing, playing guitar and camping out in the woods.
Chad is survived by his parents, Tony (Rachel) Wenick and Jan (Greg) Jacobson, brother John (Cheyenne) Wenick, sister Kristen (Shane) Meyers, sister Christina and brother Cody Wenick; stepbrothers Tyler, Jake, Reece and Spencer Jones; stepsiblings Nikki, Martina and Joseph Jacobson; grandparents Karl and Bonnie Kutz, John and Janice Wenick, Leonard and Donna Erickson as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
