Visitation will be Friday, January 13 beginning at 10am at Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson, TN. followed by a service at 11:00am.
Curtis is preceded in death by his parents, John and Shirley Swartzbaugh of Nashville, TN.
Curtis is survived by his siblings, Cynthia Schaub of San Ramon, Costa Rica; Linda Beasley of Nashville, TN; John Swartzbaugh of Shelby, NC; Amy Swartzbaugh Ludeke of San Jose, Costa Rica; and Betsy Davies of Brentwood, TN; their spouses, children and grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the administrators, staff, nurses and caregivers of Developmental Services of Dickson County/ARC for their years of tender care and concern.
