Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 4:00 PM from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Evans officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and on Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 3:00 PM until the time of service. Interment will follow in the Williams Cemetery in White Bluff, TN.
Daryl Bernard Duke, age 48, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away March 1, 2023.
Daryl was born January 13, 1975, in Nashville, TN to the late Earl Glenn Duke and Mildred June Taylor Duke. After receiving his associate degree, Daryl worked for Piedmont as a service technician. He enjoyed working on cars and was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan. Daryl was the type of man that would help anybody that was in need. He loved his four-legged companion, Buddy. He loved his family and supported them well and was a wonderful father to Taylor, aka “Muffin”. He was also a member of the Mt. Juliet Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years; Misty Duke of Hendersonville, TN, his daughter; Taylor Duke of Hendersonville, TN, his brothers; Jason Duke (Tonya) of Livingston, TN, Russell Duke (Sean) of White House, TN, sister; Melinda Wunder (Dan) of Hendersonville, TN, and several nieces and nephews.
