Mrs. Delphia Lee Parker, age 94 of Lyles, died Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Williamson Medical Center. A Graveside service was held Monday, March 24, 2014 at the Little Rock Cemetery in Lyles. Her grandson, Kenneth Parker officiated the service. Burial followed.
Born in Monroe County, Tennessee Delphia was the daughter of the late Maynard and Stella Bivens Winters. She was married to Ollie B. Parker who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by two sons, Kenneth Leon Parker and Kevin Parker, and by one grandson, Keith Parker. Mrs. Parker retired from the Horace Small Mfg. Co. where she worked as a garment material cutter. She was a member of the Little Rock Church of Christ.
Survivors include her son, Bobby Parker and his wife, Barbara, Fairview, TN; daughter-in-law, Kathryn Parker, Fairview; one brother, Wesley Winters and his wife, Claudia, of Enid, OK; grandson, Kenneth Lee Parker; and four great grand-children.
