A graveside service will be held Sun., Oct. 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Edward Shelton Forman, age 80 of White Bluff, TN died on Oct. 15, 2019. He was born Jan. 4, 1939 in Markeeta, AL, a son of the late William M. and Mable Edwards Forman. He was an over the road truck driver for 40 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Joyce Bowling Forman. He is survived by his 3 daughters, Cindy Forman McKelvey of Huntsville, AL, Tinny Jo Phillips of White Bluff, TN, and Barbara Jean Byard of Smyrna, TN; his brother, George “Bill” Lewis Forman of Odenville, AL; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
