Funeral services for Mr. Elby Holley, Jr., age 77 known to all as Junior were conducted Thursday Dec. 1, 2011 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Baggett officiating. Place of rest is in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Sylvia. Mr. Holley, retired employee of Ford Glass, died Nov. 29, 2011 at Horizon Medical Center. Born in Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee he was the son of the late Elby Dewey and Dealie Ann Miller Holley. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army. Mr. Holley was a member of the Sylvia Church of Christ. Survivors include His Sons; Joe Todd Holley and his wife, Lisa of Dickson, and Anthony Russ (Andy) Holley and his wife Andrea of Charlotte, Tn. His grandchildren; Joseph Drew Holley, Isaac Clay Holley, Mason Andrew Holley and Madelyne Kate Holley, His Sisters; Mrs. Ruby Blaylock of McEwen, Tn, Mrs. Ewell Baggett of Sylvia, Tn and Rebecca Edwards of Sylvia, Tn Several nieces and nephews.
