Funeral services for Elizabeth Earline “Libby” Pierce, age 79 of Dickson were conducted Monday, February 2, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Place of rest is in the Dickson Union Cemetery.
Libby, a retired self-employed sitter, died Thursday January 29, 2015 at the Lifecare Center in Centerville, Tennessee. A native of Dickson County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late William T. Pierce and Archie Belle McMurtry Pierce. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Lebern Ray Pierce and Charles Pierce; three sisters, Louise Stitt; Helen Patton; Hilda Everett. She was a member of the Independent Bible Church of Dickson.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
