A funeral service for Gary “Bubba” Russell, age 18 of Nunnelly, was held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Danny French officiating. Interment followed in the Memory Gardens, Centerville, Tennessee. Gary died Saturday, March 15, 2014.
He was born in Davidson County, Tennessee on October 19, 1995. He was a student at East Hickman High School and worked at Wendy’s. Gary attended the Rolling Hills Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his Aunt, Melissa Dial. Gary “Bubba” Russell III is survived by his Mother, Theresa Carter of Nunnelly; Father, Gary L. Russell Jr. of Hickman County; Sisters, Emily and Lacey Russell; Grandparents, Johnny and Tina Carter of Bon Aqua, and Barbara and Gary Russell Sr. of bon Aqua; Uncles and Aunts, Johnny (Jennie) Carter Jr., James (Kassie) Carter, and Annette Yunker. He will be missed by his many friends.
