A memorial service for Gary “Pop” Williams, age 70 formerly of White Bluff, was held on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 2pm at his home on Rock Springs Road in Cumberland Furnace.
Gary was born July 21, 1944 in White Bluff, TN. He was a Son of the late Wardy W. Williams, and the late Marcella A. Simpkins Williams. He was also preceded in death by a Brother, Grady Thomas Williams, and a Sister, Joyce Daugherty. Mr. Williams died on August 8, 2014 in Cumberland Furnace. Gary “Pop” Williams is survived by his Children, Marty (Carol) Williams of Erin, TN, Tabatha “Cissy” (Billy) Hodges of Cumberland Furnace, Amanda (Tray) Welch of Dickson, Jarrod (Natasha) Williams of White Bluff, Kim Corlew of White Bluff; Sister, Iris (Cecil Spicer) Garton of White Bluff; 9 Grandchildren, Damon, Braysen, Kaylie, Zach, Billy, Hailey, Ashley, Grady, Jay; 2 Great Grandchildren, Lacey Woodard, Aiden White; Lifetime special friend, Joan Guire Black of Louisiana.
