Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, from 5-7pm at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, July 27, 2018, at 11 am from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Mitch Stevens officiating. Burial will follow in Dickson’s Union Cemetery.
Irene Hargrove Bishop – Age 89 of Old Hickory/Waverly, TN passed away on July 23, 2018, at Mt. Juliet Healthcare in Mt. Juliet.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Hickman Edward and Hazel Francis Hargrove; husband, Roy S. Bishop; son, Michael Bishop and grandson, John Michael Bishop; brothers, Hickman Edward Hargrove, Jr. and John Billy Hargrove.
She is survived by her sisters, Mary Hazel Canterbury of Franklin, TN and Ruby Woertz of Old Hickory; granddaughters, Tracy Winchester and Ann Collins; 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
