Funeral services for James H. Davidson, age 63 of White Bluff will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2018 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Jerry Burgess officiating. Interment will follow in Missionary Ridge Cemetery, Bon Aqua. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Davidson died early Tuesday morning, June 5 th at his home.
Born in Dickson County, James was the son of the late Ben and Oma Lee Gossett Davidson. He worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator for the Dickson County Highway Department.
He is survived by “Like a son,” Joey Fortner (Tracy), White Bluff; a brother, Buford Davidson, McMinnville, TN; four sisters, Mary Breeden, Dickson, Betty Lee Dufty, Mt. Juliet, Bessie Nash, Dickson, and Linda Tidwell, Columbia, TN; numerous nieces and nephews.
