Survivors include his daughter: Alayna Holt (Candice) of White Bluff, TN; his sister: Chrystal Damesworth (Timothy) of Cottontown, TN; his father: David Pickard, Jr. of Dickson, TN; his mother: Kelli Binkley of Smyrna, TN; his nephews: Khaled Abusassad, William Krasinski, and Nolan Krasinski; and his niece: Natalia Krasinski.
John-David’s wishes were to be cremated, with no services planned at this time.
