Funeral services will be Thursday November 9, 2017 at 11 AM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Lankford officiating. Place of rest will be in Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday November 8th from 4 to 8 PM.
Mr. John Max L. Green, age 99 of Burns, TN died Monday November 6, 2017. Born in Carroll County, he was the son of the late John C. and Mona Green and was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Garton Green and his son, Jerry Wayne Green. Mr. Green worked at KF Cline which became Tennsco , the Board of Education and with the TN Department of Transportation. He was a WWII U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sons, Tommy Green of White Bluff, TN, David Green (Debbie) of Dickson, TN; daughters, Ann Hall (Larry) of Burns, TN, Kathy Richardson (David) of Dickson, TN, Becky Stoever (David) of Dickson, TN; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
