Judy Williams-Mason, age 67 of Dickson, TN died on September 21, 2021 at the Horizon Medical Center.
Judy was born October 17, 1953 in Albany, Georgia. She was a daughter of the late James Preston “Pete” Helms, and Hazel Marie Whitaker Helms, both of the Dothan, AL area. She grew up in Albany, Georgia eventually moving to Leesburg, GA to raise her family. She later moved to St. Simons, GA where she lived and worked for many years. Finally, she moved to Dickson, TN by way of a short stint in Louisiana where she has resided for the past 14 years.
Judy is survived by her husband, Michael James Mason; her son, Todd Williams (Tonia Williams) of Vero Beach, FL and their children, Isaiah and Isabelle Williams; son, Travis Williams (Jessica Williams) Clearwater, FL and their children, Chandler and Aubrie Williams; son, Trent Williams (Erika Williams), Gloucester Point, VA and their children, Rylie and Ryan Williams; daughter, Tiffany Williams (Husband) Jeremy Wasson, Augusta GA and their children, Aaron and Austin Wasson; her step-children, Kristen Campbell (Sean Campbell) of Honolulu, HI and their children, Mason and Liam Campbell, and Inga Aviles (Jonathan Aviles) of St. Mary’s, GA and their daughter, Brooklynn Aviles. Also surviving are her brothers, Danny Helms (Bette) of Valdosta, GA, and Jimmy Helms (Sandra) of Milledgeville, GA.
