Larry Franklin Mincey, age 85 of Dickson, TN, died on Saturday, June 20, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Mincey was born February 14, 1935 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was a son of the late Albert and Hazel Lucille Waterson Mincey. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Mincey.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sandy Mincey; 4 sons, Larry Mincey Jr., Anthony Mincey of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Amos Mincey of Booneville, TN, and Scott Mincey of Murfreesboro, TN; 4 sisters, Coralene Rode of Margate, FL, Elsie Foster of Fanning Springs, FL, Betsy Mincey of Columbus, OH, Linda Mincey Manning (Howard) of McEwen, TN; brothers, Elmore Mincey of Charlotte, TN, Paul Mincey (Georgia) of Dickson, TN, Max Mincey (Melissa) of Franklin, NC; niece, Miranda Hollingsworth who was raised in the Mincey home; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
