Funeral services will be Thursday January 7, 2016 at 3 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Jacquie Sojourner officiating. Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday January 7th from 4 to 8 PM and on Thursday from 1 PM until time of service.
Mrs. Mable Williams Duke, age 87 of Dickson died Monday January 4, 2016. A native of Dickson County, she was the daughter of the late William C. and Sudie Mai Hayes Williams and was preceded in death by her husband, William E. “Bill” Duke. She worked for the former Schrader’s assembling parts. She was a member of the White Bluff United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Donnie Duke of Dickson, Ronnie Duke (Barbara) of Dickson, Bill Duke, Jr. (Margaret) of Burns; daughter, Linda Beachy (Lenny “Sonny”) of Hendersonville; brother, Joe Williams of Oxnard, CA; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
