A native of Lyles, Tennessee, Margie was a daughter of Jordan Alexander “Alex” and Mary Russell Goins. She was married to Leonard Leon Warren, who predeceased her in 2004. Although she worked in the garment industry and for the nursing home, she considered her main occupation to be homemaker for her family. She loved God and her Church family and was a long-time faithful member of the former Tatum Church of Christ and presently, New Spring Creek Church of Christ. Margie loved gardening and flowers. She also enjoyed going fishing with her husband and spending time outdoors. She was a great cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family. Margie enjoyed painting with acrylics and portraying nature scenes with an emphasis on barns and farm-scapes. And naturally, she loved traveling and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Clifford Goins, Roy Goins, and Berniece Tidwell.

She is survived by her son, Terry Leon Warren (Bridgette) of Lyles; her daughter, Treba Fielder (Earl) of Lyles; her sister-in-law, Carolyn Brewer (Johnny) of Lyles; her five grandchildren, Amy Warren Gossett (Adam), Andrea Fielder Ragsdale (Jonathan), Martin, Nevaeh, and Harley; her three great-grandchildren, Aiden Gossett, Addison Gossett, and Rylan Ragsdale; several nieces and nephews.
