Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 12 Noon from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Josh Hicks and Richard Kampa officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 11:00am until the time of service. Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Nelva June Isabell, age 84, of Dickson, TN, passed away March 14, 2023 at Horizon Medical Center.
Nelva was born in Davidson County, TN on October 3, 1938. She had worked various jobs, but most of her time was spent as a homemaker. She was a feisty, spunky, and matter of fact type of woman with an incredibly sharp memory. She was loving, caring, and would do anything for anyone. She loved her dog “Teddy” and enjoyed listening to Gospel music. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and good friend. Above all she loved the Lord and certainly knew she was going to heaven.
She is survived by her daughter; Debbie Towne (George); grandchildren; Jeremy Keith, Michael Towne, Tyler Towne, Dino Miles, nieces; Crissy Hicks and Karla Kampa, 4 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchildren.
