Patricia Ann Scott, age 63 of Lyles, passed from this life on November 21, 2025, at Horizon Medical Center of Dickson. She was born on September 8, 1962, in Franklin, TN, to the late Samuel Monroe Tyler and Jennie Pearl Powell Tyler.
She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She loved to sing her church music and Happy Birthday singing to all she loved. Her favorite meal was turnip greens and cornbread and she was able to enjoy them one more time before she passed, and that truly made her happy. Her two boys were her entire world!
In addition to his parents: she was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond Scott; and her siblings: Frankie Tyler, Donnie and Timothy Ray Tyler.
Survivors include her sons: Rhyn Scott and Patrick Scott (Lisa), both of Lyles; and her siblings: Sammy Tyler (Cindy) of Centerville, Terry Tyler (Connie) of Dickson, and Kathey Tibbs (Melvin) of Pleasantville.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
