A memorial service for Richard Conan ‘Rick’ Crabtree, age 57, of Nashville, was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from the Dickson Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Rob Truitt officiating. Taylor Funeral Home assisted the family with his arrangements. Born in Nashville, Rick was the son of the late Conan B. and Earlene Flatt Crabtree. He was self-employed as a road manager and sound engineer in the music and entertainment industry. Rick was married to Kathryn ‘Kate’ Clark Crabtree. Survivors include his wife, Kate Crabtree, of Nashville; daughter, Lily Crabtree Mengle of Clarksville, TN; granddaughter, Ava Jane Mengle; and his sister, Judy Truitt and her husband, Rev. Rob Truitt of Dickson, TN
