Funeral service for Mr. Ronald Lee ‘Ronnie’ Newby, age 60 of White Bluff was held Friday December 16, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro Doug Couch officiating. Place of rest is in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Mr. Newby died Wednesday December 14, 2011 at NHC Health Care. A native of Dickson County, he is the son of Ruby Donegan Newby of White Bluff and the late Joe Ewin Newby. He had worked at Ford Glass and was a member of the White Bluff Church of Christ. Along with his mother he is survived by his brothers, Joey Newby of Burns, Kenny Newby of White Bluff; sisters, Nancy Fielder of Burns, Lisa Gail Newby of Dickson; adopted grandson, Christopher Newby of Lyles; several nieces and nephews.
