Sarah Grace Short, age 88 of Vanleer, TN passed from this life on November 21, 2021 at NHC of Dickson. She was born on October 29, 1933, in Morgantown, West Virginia to the late Lonnie Glenn Clark and Julia Ann Woodall. She was a member of the Lick Creek Road Church of God.
Survivors include her son: Paul Short, Jr. (Susan) of Yokosuka, Japan; her daughter : Mary Sigler (Larry Lucas) of White Bluff, TN; grandchildren: Kim Sigler, Andrea White, Christen Lennon, Carrie Short, and Morgan Short; and great-grandchildren: William Paul White, Ally White, Calvin Lennon, Ada Lennon, Matthew Burson, Jr., Mason Paul Canter, and Lily Grace Blackwell.
Mrs. Short’s wishes were to be cremated, and her remains will be inurned at the Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery.
