Shannon O’Neil Corlew, age 39 of Dickson, TN died August 20, 2012. A funeral service for Shannon Corlew was held a 1pm on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at the Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Benessa Kay Sweat giving the Eulogy. Burial followed in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Shannon was born February 3, 1973 in Dickson, TN. He attended the McGavock Chapel A.M.E. Church in Charlotte, TN. He was a graduate of the Dickson High School Class of 1991. He studied at M.T.S.U. and University of Phoenix. Shannon was the owner and operator of Mid-State Services.
He is survived by his Fiancé, Tammie Fulda of Dickson; Father, Roger Corlew of Charlotte; Mother, Patricia Corlew of Nashville; 2 Sons, Devin O’Neil Corlew of Dickson, and Nathan Corlew of Dickson; 2 Step-Daughters, Shelby Owens of Dickson, and Sabrina Owens of Murfreesboro; Grandmother, Dollie Mae Hogan of Dickson; 2 Brothers, J’Mar Barbee of Nashville, and J’Mal Corlew of Nashville; Sister, Erica Williams of Dickson; Mother of His Children, Gail Corlew of Dickson; Several Nieces and Nephews.
