A memorial service will take place on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will also be on Saturday from 12 noon until the time of service at the funeral home.
Shannon Wayne Barbee, age 47 of LaVergne, TN passed away on June 6, 2021. He was born on August 30, 1973 to Bobby R. Barbee and Janie L. Barnes in Dickson, TN.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Maurice and Gladys Barbee.
Survivors include his father: Bobby Barbee (Martha) of Centerville, TN; his mother: Janie Young (Terry) of Philadelphia, TN; his brother: Shane Barbee of Maryville, TN; maternal grandparents: Dale and Jean Barnes; his uncle: Mark Barnes; and his aunt: Wanda Williams.
