Sterling Dennis Cocke, age 72 of Clarksville, TN died Tuesday February 23, 2021. Born in Dickson County he was the son of the late William Chester and Doris Woodard Cocke. He was a retired Sheet Metal worker and worked for Dillingham and Smith Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors. Sterling was a Vietnam War Veteran and served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his son, Travis Cocke (Jeanna) of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Charla Beth Hayes (Chip) of Fairview, TN; sister, Sharon Reed of Dickson, TN; 2 grandchildren, Cade & Reese Cocke.
Graveside services will be Sunday March 21, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Nosegay Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Nosegay Cemetery.
