Visitation with the family will be Monday April 20, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Taylor Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow in the Williams Addition of Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tennessee Children’s Home.

Virginia Ann Kinnison Wright, age 96 of Dickson, TN passed away Monday March 30, 2026. Born in Pleasant Hill, OH on August 13, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Glyde and Laudie Haworth Kinnison and was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Dr. George Harmon Wright and her granddaughter, Katy Beth Over. Virginia had worked as Nurse and was a member of the Walnut Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include her children, Mike Wright (Lee Ellen) of Thompson Station, TN, Christine Wright Watson of Clarksville, TN, Pat Wright (Wilma) of Florida, Kelly Wright (Connie) of LaVergne, TN; 3grandchildren, Ginger Capodice, Justin Wright (Kelsea), Lydia Wright (Aaron); 4 great grandchildren, Johathan Over, Christian Over, Hunter Schuler, Conrad Allen, Daniel Capodice, and Katherine Montalvo; sisters-in-law, Jeannine Wright of Nashville, TN, Barbara Lau of Dickson, TN.

  3. i enjoyed getting to know Virginia. we all called her granny at work. she was so spunky and u never knew what she was gonna say . she always had us laughing. she was the sweetest. I sure do miss talking to her everyday. she definitely left a wonderful impact on our lives. she will be deeply missed
