Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 2PM from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Thomas Southerland will officiate. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, from 12PM until the time of service.
William Brent Pensyl, age 64, of Dickson, TN, passed away on August 30, 2024.
William was born on September 20, 1959, in Frankfort, Germany to the late William Preston Pensyl and Myra Kay Bonds Nicks. William loved to work; he spent over 30 years building saltwater boats and also worked at Nissan for about 10 years. He loved to cook, work in his yard, mowing and landscaping. His greatest love was his daughter, Megan. William cherished being a father and she was his pride and joy.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother; Lela Bonds and his twin brother; David Bryan Pensyl and his “second brother”; Dale Owens.
Survivors include his daughter; Megan Pensyl of LaVergne, TN, his mother; Myra Kay Bonds Nicks of Dickson, TN, his granddaughter; Harmony Bell of LaVergne, TN, his nephew; Joshua Pensyl of Dickson, TN, his great-niece and nephew; Hayle Pensyl and Brayden Pensyl of Dickson, TN.
