William Franklin “Big Bill” Stout, age 89 of Burns, TN passed away Monday January 12, 2026. His wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Born November 23, 1936 in Steubenville, OH he was the son of the late William Franklin and Catherine Chesson Stout and was preceded in death by his son, Walter Vance Stout. He worked at Tennsco as a press operator. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was in the 101st Airborne and then was in the National Guard for a few years.
Survivors include his son, Bill Stout, Jr. (Tara) of Bon Aqua, TN; daughter, Kellie Stout (Todd Martinko) of Burns, TN; 7 grandchildren, Trey Stout, Austin Hunter, Angel Stout, Delaney Stout, Ben Stout, Gabbie Manning (Austin), Grant Richardson; several great grandchildren; his cat, Ferguson.
