Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m.Monday, July 2, 2018 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Promise Land Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 2 p.m. until service time.
Mr. William Henry Primm, age 72 of Dickson, died Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the V. A. Hospital, Nashville.
Born in the Promise Land community of Charlotte, Tennessee, William was the son of the late William A. and Tamur Cunningham Primm. He served his country in the U. S. Army. William worked for the former Schrader Automotive (Division of Scovill Mfg.). When it closed, he also worked for Heilig-Myers and later for the former Jackson Academy. He was a die-hard Raiders fan.
Survivors include a son, Pierre Primm; a step-son, Lamar Ramey; 2 step-daughters, Deara Primm and Denita Ramey; two brothers, John Lemuel Primm and Jerry Hubert Primm; 2 grandchildren, Pilar Primm, and Desmond Ramey; several nieces and nephews including Myia, Frita, Quenton, Brandon, and Sharandon; a host of great nieces and nephews.
