Mildred Bissinger Tucker, age 95 of Dickson, TN died on January 19, 2023.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Lankford officiating. Place of rest will be in the Missionary Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
Mrs. Tucker was born on November 9, 1927, in Hickman County. She was a daughter of the late Dossie and Lillie Mae Morgan Bissinger. Mildred was a loving mother and grandmother. She was also an excellent cook and loved to cook for her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, David Allen Tucker, and John Mark Tucker; her siblings, Russell Bissenger, Herschel Bissenger, Wallace Bissenger, Dalton Bissenger, Alene Baker, and Lorene Tidwell.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her sons, Robert Tucker (Sheila) of Dickson, TN, and Steven Paul Tucker of Hickman County; her sister, Mary Christine Gossett of Smyrna, TN; 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
