Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Robert Freeman officiating. Place of rest will be in the Rock Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Jody Mark Hobbs, age 62, of White Bluff, passed from this life on January 21, 2023, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. He was born on March 15, 1960, in Davidson County to the late David D. and Daisy Helyn Baker Hobbs.
Jody was a family man; he loved his children, grandchildren, and the rest of his family with all his heart. He also loved to spend his free time in the outdoors and cheer on the Tennessee Titans.
Survivors include his sons: Marlon Hobbs, Graham Hobbs (Emma), and Elliott Hobbs, all of Nashville; his sisters: Jennifer Clement (Greg) and Jo Pulley (Dan), both of White Bluff; his brothers: Tracy Hobbs, of Lewisburg, and John David Hobbs, of Dickson; his grandchildren: Roman, Ellie, Asher, Alex, and Aiden; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
