Funeral services will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Jane Jones Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Friday, May 5, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Freda Lynn Nolen, age 64, of Dickson, passed from this life on May 2, 2023, at Alive Hospice Residence in Nashville. She was born on November 1, 1958, in Nashville, TN, and raised in Fairview to the late James E. Nolen, Jr. and Velma Frances Lankford Nolen. Freda had a huge heart and was a hard worker. She also enjoyed being a licensed security guard in the latter part of her career.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Danny Nolen; and her brother-in-law: Robbie Raines.
Survivors include her sisters: Sue Raines of Fairview and Angela Tidwell (Ricky) of Bon Aqua; her brothers: Norman Nolen (Frances) of Bon Aqua and James Wilburn Nolen of Dickson; and several nieces and nephews.
