Donald Lee Warf, age 88, of Dickson, TN died peacefully on June 2, 2023, at his home.
He was born in the Little Lot community of Hickman County and was the son of the late L. C. and Helon Reaves Warf. He graduated from Hickman County High School, went on to be a glass inspector for the Ford Motor Company, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dickson.
While he was a longtime Dickson resident and Ford union retiree, Mr. Warf considered himself a farmer from Little Lot and enjoyed spending time with the people there.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruthelma Buckner Warf; daughter, (Helen) Beth Warf, his siblings, Evelyn Warf Parvin and Franklin C. Warf.
Survivors include one daughter; Fran Reed, and one granddaughter; Rachel E. Reed (Dan Altman). He is also survived by one niece; Debra Brenner (Jody), two nephews; David Trotter (Suzanne) and Reed Buckner, and one brother-in-law; Dan Buckner (Bettye).
Active casket bearers will be Dan Atlman, Josh Russell, David Trotter, Sam Neely, Reed Buckner and Dennis DeBlock.
