Ronnie Preston Leegon, age 77, of Erin, TN, passed away peacefully at his home on the family farm Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
Ronnie was born in Humphreys County on February 19, 1946, to the late Preston Leegon and Beulah Burns Leegon. Ronnie had worked and retired from Schrader’s after 17 years as a journeyman electrician. He spent most of his time as a farmer, raising pigs, cattle, hay, corn, tobacco; as well as being a logger. Ronnie was a great provider for his family.
He is survived by his wife; Ada “Fluttie” Jarman Leegon of Erin, TN, his son; Eric Leegon of Erin, TN, his brother Tommy Leegon (Dorothy) of Dickson, TN, his sister; Joyce Proctor (Neil) of McEwen, TN, grandchildren; Sienna Leegon and Paige Leegon, and several nieces and a nephew.
