Kelly Ann Smith Parker, age 60 of Dickson, TN passed away Monday September 25, 2023. Born in Memphis, TN she was the daughter of Jesse E. and Linda M. Dillard Smith of Dickson, TN. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Brandy Wynn. Kelly worked as a CNA at Cumberland Heights Treatment Center. She was a member of Covenant Church.

Smith of Dickson, TN; 5 grandchildren, Jeffery Wynn, Morgan Wynn, Cooper Wynn, Lakelyn Joubert, Hagan Joubert.
