Charles Christopher “Chris” Vaughn, age 38 of Vanleer, TN passed away Wednesday November 15, 2023. Born in Galveston, TX, he was the son of Rose Petty Vaughn and the late Jimmy Eugene Vaughn. Chris worked in Tree Removal and Construction. Chris was a loving husband, father, brother, son, and great friend to many. He was passionate about many things in life. He loved to play his guitars and sing with friends. He enjoyed sports and whittling wood projects and loved being outdoors and going to the creek and doing some fishing. He enjoyed traveling in the last bit of his time he had on this earth. Chris was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all of them.

Survivors include his mother, Rose Petty Vaughn of Marion, IL; wife, Crystal Haley Vaughn of Dickson, TN; son, Christopher William Vaughn of Dickson, TN; daughter, Chelsey Lynn Vaughn of Dickson, TN; sisters, Lacy Vaughn of Madison, TN, Christina Roark of Philadelphia, MS; nieces and nephews, Allison, Jeremy, Darius, Kyria, Jalen, and Ethan; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
