Graveside services will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Gray’s Chapel Cemetery in Decaturville, TN with Bro. Elton Barker officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Gray’s Chapel Pentecostal Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation in the name of Marie Jean Roach.
Gerol Lynn Roach, age 74, of Scotts Hill, TN passed away on February 8, 2024, at Henderson County Community Hospital.
Gerol was born in Decatur County, TN, on June 14, 1949 to the late J.D. Roach and Marie Jean Riley Roach. He was an equipment operator and worked as a pipeliner. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother; Riley and daughter; Rebecca.
Survivors include his daughter; Regina Roach of Hernando, MS, brothers; Jimmy Roach of Scotts Hill, TN, Jeff Roach (Laurie) of Sardis, TN, James Ricketts (Wanda) of Lawrenceburg, TN, sisters; Patsy Martin of Scotts Hill, TN, Kathy Carter (Don) of Dickson, TN, 2 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
