Terri was born in Mansfield, OH on August 31, 1971, to the late Alfred Leroy Canankamp Sr. and Jane Ellen VanHarlinger Canankamp.
Terri was a homemaker and loving mother. She had a passion for fishing, loved to do crafts and garden. She loved to collect and decorate for all the holidays. One of her favorite things to do was go out driving and just get lost on the ride. She was also a fan of wrestling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Stepdad, Roy D. Cameron.
Terri is survived by her spouse; Jimmy Lewis, her daughters; Mary Marie Higgins of Dickson, TN, Elizabeth Fekete of Dickson, TN, Stephanie Lewis of Ohio, her son; James Douglas Chandler of Clarksville, TN, brother; Alfred Canankamp Jr. (Melissa) of Ohio, sister; Cathy Oldaker (Billy) of Ohio, grandchildren; Vess, Hailey, Cameron, brother-in-law; Michael Bruce, sister-in-law; Tika Manley and several nieces and nephews.
