Ruby Nelle Cocke Larkins, age 92 of Alcoa, TN formerly of Dickson, TN died on March 9, 2024. A private graveside service was held at the Rock Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Larkins was born April 4, 1931 in Dickson County. She was a daughter of the late Sterling Elmore Cocke and Mary Marjorie Fowler Cocke. She was a wife to the late Retired U.S. Army Veteran, Floyd D. Larkins. Ruby and Floyd were married 60 years. She loved her children and her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Helen Ross, Sue Duke, and Lillie Mae Cocke; her brothers, Chester Cocke, Hercules Cocke and Dudley Cocke.
Mrs. Larkins is survived by her son, Brian Larkins (Brenda); her three daughters, Marta Bridges, Patti Hudson (Greg), and Lori Larkins; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great grand-children.
