A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 12 noon in the Williams Addition of the Dickson Union Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the Taylor Funeral Home.
Mr. Prentiss Eugene Davis, age 68 of Dickson, passed from this life on July 5, 2025, at the Life Care Center of Centerville. He was born in Dickson, TN, on March 9, 1957, to the late Richard and Corrine Hale Davis. Prentiss worked various custodian jobs around Dickson over the years. He was baptized as a member of the Walnut Street Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings.
Survivors include his brother: Michael Davis; as well as one niece, two nephews, and one sister-in-law. Also surviving is two special friends and caregivers: Doris Grigsby and Diane Easterling.
