Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Saturday, December 21, 2024, from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation will begin on Saturday at 10AM until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Williams Family Cemetery, in White Oak Flat, TN.

William Bryant Duke, age 92, of White Bluff, TN, passed away on December 12, 2024.
William was born on September 3, 1932, in Charlotte, TN to the late Morris Lathem “Bill” Duke and Georgia Clark Williams Duke. William had been in the United States Army, spending many years with the Army Corp of Engineers. William loved to coon hunt and visit with friends at the VFW and Moose Lodge. He was an avid Vanderbilt fan and loved spending time reading the paper on the front porch. He loved to farm and tending to his cattle. He also loved his coon dog, Jack.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Russell Duke, Charles Duke, his niece, Cindy Brazzell, and nephew, Pete Woodard.
He is survived by his nephews, Charlie Duke Jr. of Dickson, TN, Billy Duke of Charlotte, TN, his nieces, Vicky Brazzell of White Bluff, TN, Tabitha Jennette of Dickson, TN, Melissa Duke of Dickson, TN, several great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, longtime friend, Kevin Stringfield, and special friend, Shirley Griffin.
