Elizabeth Ann Neblett Burns, age 50 of Dickson, TN died on February 20, 2025, at the Centennial Medical Center.
She was born on October 27, 1974, in Dickson, TN. She was a daughter of the late Ralph Neblett and the late Wilma Matthews Neblett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Neblett; and a grandchild, Montgomery.

Survived by her children, Cherish Blackmon, Beth Clark, Chasity Bates, and Chelsea Blackmon; her siblings, twin sister, Rebecca Neblett, Kenneth Neblett, Darlene Neblett, Jennifer Neblett, Ralph Neblett; 10 grandchildren.
