Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Dustin Dawson and Dale Williams will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday May 20th beginning at 12 Noon until time of service.

Charlee Sue Neblett also known as Karl, age 14, died suddenly at her home May 10, 2025.

She was born in Davidson County and was the daughter of Dereck Wade and Jaime Leanne Spann Neblett. Charlee Sue was a 9th grade student at Creek Wood High School where she was an honor student. She was a proud member of the color guard, where she recently completed her first year, and proudly earned her varsity letter. Charlee Sue was a very artistic spirit who enjoyed painting and being creative.

She loved all the animated shows and loved attending hockey games and reading and loved everything Hello Kitty.  She was a kind loving person who loved everyone, always sharing a smile.  Charlee Sue was involved in the LBGTQ and supported their cause. She loved being considered the “Cool Aunt” by her niece and nephew.

Charlee Sue is survived by her parents; Dereck and Jaime Spann Neblett, her sisters; Siera Neblett and Stevie Neblett, her grandparents; Lonnie (Pete) and Carol Spann and Darlene Neblett. Her Niece; Dani Rae Stansberry, her nephew; Kingston McCurry, she was the granddaughter of the late William Ralph Neblett. Also surviving are beloved Bearded Dragon Lizard Tobias and her Cat, Gismo.
