A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Melrose officiating. Visitation with the family will take place on Saturday, July 19, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 noon until the time of service.
For those desiring, memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Mary Beth Hobbs, age 50 of Bon Aqua, TN, passed away on July 12, 2025, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born on February 20, 1975, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Sidney Eugene Allen and Judy Ann Wright Allen.
Mrs. Hobbs worked as a registered dietitian at NHC of Dickson. She was also a member of the Bon Aqua United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband: Tucker Hobbs of Bon Aqua; her children: Nathan Allen Hobbs and Maddie Viriginia Hobbs, both of Bon Aqua; her sister: Leigh Ann Allen Marks (Michael) of Nashville; her nieces: Sydney Elanor Marks, Gracie Elizabeth Marks; and her nephew: Elliott Daniel Marks. Also surviving are additional nieces: Audrey Cox, Hallie Cox, and Ruby Cox.
